Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain client data in proprietary databases and CRM systems
- Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure 99.9% accuracy standards
- Process high-volume transactions while maintaining strict confidentiality protocols
- Generate daily productivity reports and identify data anomalies for resolution
- Collaborate with offshore teams during transition periods for seamless workflow
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance guidelines for sensitive information handling
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in high-volume data entry or clerical role
- Proven typing speed of 60+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel pivot tables required)
- Experience with AS400, SAP, or similar enterprise systems preferred
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (11 PM - 7 AM CT)
