Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and update client data into proprietary databases and CRM systems
- Perform daily data reconciliation and quality assurance checks to maintain 99.9% accuracy
- Process high-volume transactions while maintaining strict confidentiality protocols
- Generate and distribute daily performance reports to management team
- Collaborate with day shift team for seamless data handover procedures
- Adhere to HIPAA and GDPR compliance standards for sensitive information
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies using advanced troubleshooting techniques
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year professional data entry experience with 10-key proficiency
- Typing speed of 60+ WPM with 99.5% accuracy
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and Google Workspace
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work 10 PM - 6 AM schedule (4 days on, 3 days off rotation)
- Background check and drug screen required
