Responsibilities
- Accurately input and verify customer data into proprietary CRM and ERP systems
- Perform daily reconciliation of transaction records with bank statements
- Maintain strict data confidentiality and HIPAA/GDPR compliance protocols
- Generate daily/weekly performance reports using Excel and Tableau
- Collaborate with offshore teams to resolve data discrepancies
- Train on new data management tools quarterly
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in high-volume data entry
- Proven 10,000+ keystrokes per minute with 99.5% accuracy
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel pivot tables required)
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- U.S. work authorization and reliable high-speed internet
- Associates degree in Data Management or equivalent certification
