Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and verify data in client databases with 99.9% precision
- Process high-volume transactions during overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Perform regular data audits and resolve discrepancies through cross-referencing
- Maintain strict confidentiality protocols for sensitive information
- Collaborate with global teams via communication tools during overlapping hours
- Generate daily productivity reports using Excel and internal software
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years data entry experience with proven accuracy metrics
- 60+ WPM typing speed with 10-key proficiency
