Responsibilities
- Accurately input and verify alphanumeric data into proprietary systems with 99.5%+ accuracy
- Process high-volume transaction records while maintaining strict confidentiality protocols
- Perform daily reconciliation of digital documents against physical records
- Generate and distribute weekly performance reports to department heads
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to resolve data discrepancies
- Maintain HIPAA/GDPR compliance standards for sensitive information
- Utilize 10-key typing and OCR software at 8,000+ keystrokes per hour
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of high-volume data entry experience
- Proven ability to achieve 10,000+ keystrokes per hour with 98% accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management systems
- Flexibility to work 11 PM - 7 AM schedule with weekend availability
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
