Responsibilities

- Perform quality assurance checks on 500+ daily records with 99.8% accuracy
- Process confidential client information with HIPAA/GDPR compliance standards
- Generate daily performance reports and identify data discrepancies
- Collaborate with offshore teams during handover periods
- Maintain secure digital archives with version control protocols
- Train on proprietary AI-assisted validation tools
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume data entry experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and SQL
- Exceptional typing speed (85+ WPM) with zero-error tolerance
- Experience with EHR/ERP systems (SAP, Salesforce, or Epic)
- Night shift availability with flexible scheduling
- CompTIA Data+ certification preferred
- Ability to maintain focus during extended overnight hours
