Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain large volumes of alphanumeric data across multiple client databases
- Perform daily reconciliation of data discrepancies with meticulous attention to detail
- Utilize proprietary software and Microsoft Office Suite for data processing tasks
- Generate and distribute daily/weekly productivity reports to department heads
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols and HIPAA compliance standards
- Collaborate with day shift team for seamless data handover and continuity
- Participate in quarterly data quality audits and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes per minute
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables) and Google Workspace
- Exceptional accuracy rate (99.5%+) with zero tolerance for errors
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts with minimal supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Experience with healthcare or financial data systems strongly preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing priorities
