- Accurately input, update, and maintain complex datasets across multiple platforms
- Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure 99.9% accuracy
- Process high-volume transactions within nightly SLAs
- Collaborate with global teams via digital communication tools
- Generate daily productivity reports for management review
- Adhere to HIPAA and GDPR compliance standards
- Train on proprietary software and systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in high-volume data entry
- 10,000+ keystrokes per hour with 98% accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and data management tools
- Proven ability to work independently in remote environments
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail skills
- Available to work 10 PM - 6 AM EST (Monday-Friday)
