Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and verify customer and product data into our proprietary database systems.
- Perform regular quality assurance checks to ensure 100% data integrity.
- Organize and digitize physical documents and records for easy retrieval.
- Flag and resolve discrepancies in data entries immediately to prevent errors.
- Ensure strict confidentiality of all sensitive information handled.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless data continuity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or customer service is preferred.
- Must possess a minimum typing speed of 45 WPM with a high degree of accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during night shifts (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
