Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update client data into proprietary CRM and ERP systems
- Perform daily data validation and quality assurance checks with 99.8% accuracy target
- Process high-volume transactions including invoices, forms, and customer records
- Generate daily productivity reports and identify data discrepancies
- Collaborate with offshore teams to reconcile data discrepancies
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client information
- Adhere to HIPAA and SOC 2 compliance protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 40 WPM typing speed with 98% accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and error-spotting abilities
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic understanding of database structures and relational concepts
- Reliable transportation to our downtown Houston facility
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends
