Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and maintain large volumes of data in company databases
- Perform daily reconciliation of records and identify discrepancies
- Process transactions and documentation with zero-error tolerance
- Generate and distribute daily/weekly performance reports
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless data continuity
- Adhere to strict confidentiality and compliance protocols
- Utilize Excel and proprietary software for data manipulation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes/minute
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel mandatory)
- Proven ability to maintain 99.5%+ data accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Basic understanding of database management principles
- Reliable transportation for overnight shift (10 PM - 6 AM)
