Responsibilities
- Accurately input and verify sensitive client data across multiple platforms
- Perform daily reconciliation of batch transactions with <99.9% accuracy
- Utilize proprietary software to process high-volume transactions (500+ records/shift)
- Generate daily progress reports and identify data anomalies
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance protocols for confidential information
- Collaborate with offshore teams during peak processing windows
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of high-volume data entry experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database platforms
- Typing speed of 60+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong attention to detail with error-spotting capabilities
- Associates degree in Data Management or related field preferred
