Responsibilities
- Accurately input and verify data into proprietary systems with 99.5% precision
- Process high-volume transaction records within nightly SLAs
- Perform data audits and reconciliation using Excel and internal software
- Generate daily/weekly performance reports for management review
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client information
- Collaborate with day team to ensure seamless data continuity
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of high-volume data entry experience
- 10,000+ keystrokes per minute with 95% accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel essential)
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
