Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and maintain data across multiple platforms
- Process high-volume transaction records with 99.5%+ accuracy
- Generate daily performance reports and identify data anomalies
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve data discrepancies
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance protocols for sensitive information
- Train on proprietary data management systems
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining quality standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes/hour
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and error-spotting skills
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic database knowledge (SQL/Excel) preferred
- Pass background check and drug screening
