Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and update customer and product information into the central database system.
- Review data for discrepancies and rectify errors immediately to ensure 100% data integrity.
- Perform routine file maintenance and digital organization to keep workflows efficient.
- Assist in generating daily and weekly summary reports for management review.
- Communicate effectively with the night shift team leads to resolve bottlenecks.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive company and client data.
Qualifications
- No prior professional experience is required; we value attitude and willingness to learn over history.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Typing speed of at least 30-40 WPM.
- Ability to work independently and maintain focus during night shifts.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Anaheim location.
