Responsibilities
- Accurately input data from physical documents and digital sources into our centralized database systems.
- Maintain the integrity of data by performing regular audits, cross-referencing, and spot-checking.
- Sort, organize, and file incoming paperwork in a timely and systematic manner.
- Assist in the scanning and digitization of archived records to improve accessibility.
- Communicate any data discrepancies or system errors to the senior data manager immediately.
- Ensure all data entry tasks are completed within the designated shift hours with zero errors.
- Perform regular backups to ensure data safety and accessibility for the team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Proven experience in data entry or general administrative support is a plus but not required for immediate hires.
- Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute (WPM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
