Responsibilities
- Input, verify, and process data into internal databases with 99.9% accuracy.
- Review and correct discrepancies in existing records to ensure data integrity.
- Organize, index, and file physical and digital documents according to company protocols.
- Generate and distribute weekly reports and summary sheets to management.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive client and company information.
- Assist in the auditing of inventory and tracking systems.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in data entry or administrative support.
- Proven typing speed of at least 40-50 WPM with high accuracy.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a quiet environment.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts.
