Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during evening hours.
- Resolve product issues and troubleshoot technical problems with patience and accuracy.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account updates in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate complex issues and provide feedback.
- Adhere to company policies and quality assurance standards to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required for the right candidates.
- Must be available to work rotating evening shifts, including weekends.
