Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to incoming support tickets via Zendesk and Slack with a 15-minute response time guarantee.
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues for B2B clients, escalating complex tickets to senior engineers when necessary.
- Conduct remote sessions to guide clients through software installations and troubleshooting steps.
- Maintain a high level of client satisfaction by ensuring all nightly operations run smoothly.
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions in the CRM database to ensure knowledge base accuracy.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless handovers and continuity of care.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical support, customer service, or help desk operations.
- Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, and standard office productivity software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts simply.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
