Responsibilities
- Manage Inbound Inquiries: Handle high-volume phone calls, emails, and live chat tickets from clients during the evening shift.
- Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot customer concerns efficiently and provide accurate solutions or escalate complex issues to senior management.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update our CRM database in real-time.
- Process Improvement: Identify common pain points in customer service processes and suggest improvements to enhance the client experience.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in nightly stand-up meetings to align on team goals and share updates.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; college students are encouraged to apply.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic CRM software.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM or 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
