Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers via phone, email, and live chat during evening and weekend shifts.
- Log and categorize customer inquiries into the ticketing system, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure continuity of service and resolve escalated issues.
- Adhere to all company policies, SLAs (Service Level Agreements), and quality assurance standards.
- Proactively identify common technical issues and suggest improvements to the knowledge base.
- Maintain a professional and empathetic demeanor in all client interactions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or technical certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer support or technical help desk roles is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is required.
