Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during evening and overnight hours
- Manage guest inquiries, reservations, and check-in/check-out processes
- Maintain pristine facility conditions including lobby, common areas, and amenities
- Coordinate with security and overnight staff for seamless operations
- Handle emergency situations calmly and professionally
- Process payments and manage point-of-sale systems
- Complete detailed shift reports and incident documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience
- Availability to work flexible evening/overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency with hospitality software
- Valid California driver's license (if required for errands)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
