Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during evening hours.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on high satisfaction.

- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Process orders and manage returns efficiently.

Qualifications

- Availability to work evening shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and occasional weekends.
