Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume incoming customer calls and emails during the evening shift (6:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Process customer orders, returns, and inquiries with accuracy and speed.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure operational continuity and seamless service.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to provide expert support.
- Document all customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently within company guidelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or hospitality is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain focus during night shifts.
- Reliable transportation to and from the New Orleans office.
