Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional support to clients via phone, email, and live chat during evening hours.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries and escalate issues to senior management when necessary.
- Manage and update customer records accurately in our CRM system.
- Assist with processing returns, exchanges, and order modifications efficiently.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless operational continuity.
- Identify trends in customer feedback to help improve service quality.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail preferred.
- Ability to work flexible evening shifts (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM or 5:00 PM - 1:00 AM).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM software.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to remain calm under pressure.
