Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on empathy and efficiency.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately within established timeframes.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally, escalating complex matters to the supervisor when necessary.
- Update customer records and maintain the CRM database with high attention to detail.
- Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred, but not strictly required for this entry-level role.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during your shift.
- Reliable transportation is a plus.
- Willingness to work evening shifts (typically 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM).
