Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Process orders, returns, and account modifications accurately and efficiently.
- Research and resolve complex customer issues using internal knowledge bases and tools.
- Document all interactions and customer feedback in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless continuity of service.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor during high-volume periods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during the evening shift.
- Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends.
