Responsibilities
- Greet and Assist Customers: Provide exceptional service to all shoppers, answering questions and assisting with product selection.
- Process Transactions: Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately and efficiently, handling payments and returns.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and stocked according to company standards, ensuring a safe shopping environment.
- Inventory Management: Assist with receiving shipments, tagging new arrivals, and organizing stock rooms during off-peak hours.
- Problem Resolution: Address customer inquiries or concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings (typically 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required for entry-level candidates.
- Skills: Basic math skills, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with technology.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
