Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional in-person and phone customer service during evening/weekend shifts
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and reservation management
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly with empathy and professionalism Maintain accurate guest records and transaction documentation
- Coordinate with overnight staff and security teams for seamless operations
- Perform light cleaning and facility maintenance tasks during shift downtime
- Adhere to all safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months customer service or hospitality experience
- Availability to work flexible evenings (4 PM - 12 AM) and weekends
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic computer proficiency with reservation software
- Valid California driver's license (preferred)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-hour shifts
- Background check and drug test required
