Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service during dinner and late-night hours
- Accurately process orders and payments via POS system
- Collaborate with bartenders and kitchen staff for seamless operations
- Maintain immaculate table settings and cleanliness standards
- Upsell signature menu items and promotional offerings
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant serving experience required
- Flexible availability for evening shifts (4 PM - 12 AM)
- Strong knowledge of food safety and beverage service
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- NYS Food Handler certification preferred
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
