Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service during evening rush hours (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Expertly manage 4-6 table sections with precision and warmth
- Process payments and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless service
- Upsell specialty cocktails and seasonal menu items
- Maintain immaculate table presentation and station cleanliness
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and positivity
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong multitasking skills in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic POS system knowledge
- Must be 18+ to handle alcohol service
- Local Colorado Springs residency required
