Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and stage merchandise for outbound delivery with 99% accuracy.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to update inventory levels and track shipments.
- Inspect products for damage or defects and report issues to management.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area adhering to 5S standards.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily and weekly productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or retail setting.
- Strong availability for evening shifts (4:00 PM - 1:00 AM) and weekends.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid Forklift certification is a plus but not required; training provided.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
