Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with exceptional customer service during evening and overnight hours
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across all guest areas
- Monitor security protocols and respond to guest inquiries promptly
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless shift transitions
- Complete nightly operational reports and inventory checks
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an educational institution (high school, college, or university)
- Flexible availability for evening/night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills for transaction handling
- Must be 18+ years old
- Valid ID and work authorization required
