Responsibilities
- Execute safe and efficient loading, unloading, and staging of merchandise and inventory.
- Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure product integrity before storage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist in inventory audits and reconcile stock discrepancies accurately.
- Communicate effectively with day-shift supervisors regarding inventory status and issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) consistently.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Basic computer literacy for logging inventory data.
