Responsibilities
- Execute Daily Operations: Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders to ensure customer satisfaction and meet daily production targets.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels through cycle counts and stock organization.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Quality Control: Perform thorough quality checks on incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and condition.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, strictly following all OSHA and company safety guidelines.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the day shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions and problem-solving.
- Reporting: Complete necessary paperwork and logs accurately and in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar schedules).
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
- Background Check: Must be willing to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Forklift Certification: Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
