Responsibilities
- Monitor premises via CCTV and conduct regular security patrols
- Respond to alarms and incidents with professional protocols
- Access control management for authorized personnel
- Complete detailed incident reports and shift documentation
- Collaborate with law enforcement during emergency situations
- Operate security systems including access control and alarm panels
- Maintain visibility and deterrence throughout assigned areas
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Security License (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year security or relevant experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong observational and communication skills
- Proficient with surveillance technology and reporting software
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during shift
- Flexibility to cover additional shifts as needed
