Responsibilities
- Patrol assigned premises to prevent theft, vandalism, and security breaches
- Monitor surveillance systems and respond to alarms within 5 minutes
- Access control management for authorized personnel and visitors
- Incident documentation and detailed report filing
- Coordinate with law enforcement during emergency situations
- Conduct routine equipment checks and maintenance logs
- Provide exceptional customer service to venue patrons and staff
Qualifications
- Must be 21+ years old with valid Ohio security license
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours during shift
- Strong observational and decision-making skills
- Experience with CCTV systems and access control software
- Valid Ohio driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work independently and follow protocols
- Basic first aid/CPR certification preferred
- Must pass background check and drug screening
