Responsibilities
- Monitor premises through advanced surveillance systems and patrol protocols
- Respond swiftly to incidents and coordinate with local law enforcement
- Enforce access control and verify credentials at entry points
- Document detailed incident reports and security logs
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests and staff
- Conduct emergency evacuation procedures and first aid when needed
- Maintain radio communication with dispatch and team members
Qualifications
- Valid California Guard Card (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum 1 year security or customer service experience
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-hour shifts
- Strong observational and conflict resolution skills
- Flexibility to work weekends (Fri-Sun) 10 PM - 6 AM
- Basic first aid/CPR certification preferred
- Clear background check and drug screening
- Fluent English communication skills
