Responsibilities
- Monitor premises through CCTV surveillance and foot patrols
- Verify visitor credentials and enforce access protocols
- Respond promptly to security incidents and alarms
- Write detailed incident reports and maintain logs
- Collaborate with law enforcement during emergency situations
- Conduct perimeter security checks every 30 minutes
- Provide professional customer service to visitors and staff
Qualifications
- Valid Oklahoma Security Guard License (or willingness to obtain)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours during shift
- Strong communication and de-escalation skills
- Basic computer literacy for report writing
- Reliable transportation to work sites
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Previous security experience preferred but not required
