Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations during overnight hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Balance daily transactions and prepare financial reports
- Handle guest check-ins/check-outs and resolve inquiries
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergency situations
- Perform routine property inspections and maintenance checks
- Update reservation systems and manage guest profiles
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Strong mathematical and attention-to-detail skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic proficiency with hotel management software
