Responsibilities
- Perform nightly reconciliation of front desk transactions and guest accounts
- Generate daily financial reports and prepare deposit documentation
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergency protocols
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for overnight needs
- Process check-ins/check-outs during low-traffic evening hours
- Update property management systems with accurate room status
- Conclude shift with comprehensive handover documentation
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or night shift experience preferred
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic computer skills including Excel and POS systems
- Ability to remain alert during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
