Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
- Communicate effectively with carriers, drivers, and internal teams regarding shipment status.
- Process shipping documentation and manage customer inquiries professionally.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest improvements for efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security regulations during shifts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Supply Chain or Logistics preferred.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Ability to work effectively during evening and weekend shifts.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
