Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Sort, organize, and maintain inventory in our state-of-the-art facility
- Perform accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies promptly
- Operate warehouse equipment safely following OSHA guidelines
- Pick and pack orders with precision for timely delivery
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Uphold strict safety standards and 5S principles
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
