Responsibilities
- Manage circulation desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and renewals
- Assist patrons with digital resources, research databases, and technology troubleshooting
- Process new materials using integrated library systems (ILS) software
- Develop and conduct engaging programs for children, teens, and adults
- Maintain library collections through shelving, inventory, and preservation tasks
- Provide exceptional reference services and reader's advisory guidance
- Collaborate with community partners to expand outreach initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
