Responsibilities
- Manage circulation desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and renewals
- Assist patrons with digital resources, research tools, and catalog navigation
- Process and shelve library materials with precision and organization
- Contribute to community outreach and event planning initiatives
- Maintain accurate records for library assets and patron interactions
- Support technology assistance for public computer stations and mobile devices
- Collaborate with team members on collection development and displays
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with learning new systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Detail-oriented with organizational aptitude
