Qualifications

  • Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role or a library setting is a plus.
  • Skills: Proficient with computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite; experience with library software is highly desirable.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse public.
