Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service at information desks and circulation counters
- Manage patron accounts, material circulation, and overdue processing systems
- Assist with digital literacy training and technology troubleshooting
- Support cataloging, shelving, and inventory management of diverse collections
- Facilitate community programs and outreach initiatives
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to library analytics
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams on special projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years customer service or library experience
- Proficiency in integrated library systems (ILS) and MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of Dewey Decimal System
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
