Responsibilities
- Manage patron interactions including check-in/out, account maintenance, and reference assistance
- Organize and catalog new materials using cutting-edge library management systems
- Lead community outreach programs including workshops and digital literacy training
- Oversee digital resource platforms and troubleshoot patron technology needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special collections and archival projects
- Maintain accurate circulation statistics and generate monthly performance reports
- Support event coordination for cultural and educational initiatives
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Library Science or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years library or information management experience
- Advanced proficiency with ILS systems (e.g., Sierra, Evergreen)
- Certification in digital resource management (ALA-accredited)
