Responsibilities
- Assist patrons with resource location, circulation services, and basic reference inquiries
- Process and organize library materials including books, multimedia, and periodicals
- Operate integrated library systems (ILS) for check-in/check-out procedures
- Support community programs and educational workshops for all age groups
- Maintain clean, organized, and accessible library spaces
- Perform light technical troubleshooting for public computers and printers
- Collaborate with team members on collection development and inventory management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college students welcome to apply)
- Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle moderate physical tasks
