Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 strategic foresight framework using advanced trend analysis methodologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging risks and opportunities in technology, markets, and societal shifts
- Produce high-impact scenario-planning reports for executive decision-making and investor communications
- Establish and maintain global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Drive innovation pipeline development through horizon scanning and technology assessment
- Mentor junior futurists and build internal foresight capabilities across departments
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative/social sciences
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend mapping, and disruption analysis frameworks
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing) and societal impacts
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy journals
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Global perspective with experience navigating diverse cultural and regulatory environments
